The soil of this appellation is composed of clay and limestone and benefits from an oceanic and temperate climate. As the wine begins to breathe, it releases notes of minerals, ripe black fruit and white pepper, which combines with soft, pleasant tannins.

Barrel aged in American Oak for 12 months, notes of raspberries, peppercorns, juniper and dried herbs with a touch of vanilla.
