This Zinfandel is a bold wine grown from some of the oldest vines in California. Holy Trinity is a staple for all Barossa wine lovers. One of the longest producing Barossa Grenache, Shiraz & Mourvèdre blends. This wine delivers complexity, depth and finesse with every release. Sweet and crunchy fruit entry with highly evident red cherry, currants, and hint of cranberry. The sweet spices of juniper, caraway and subtle white pepper, help drive the complexing flavour profile. The tannins are tight and appear slaty to graphite-like with a long fulfilling finish.

Aromas of raspberries, blackberries, and black plum with notes of vanilla and spice. On the palate, dark fruit flavors are followed by soft, velvety tannins on the mid-palate, and a long, elegant finish with hints of spice.

You read Chianti, and you think of the hills, villages, parish churches and farmhouses where time has stood still since the peak era of beauty and taste, keeping them intact and authentic. This Chianti has a deep ruby colour, with reasonable depth and 'legs' indicating good structure. Perfumes of cherries and fresh red fruit, mingle with spicy, peppery notes. Lively and fresh in the mouth, with soft, rounded tannins. Good intensity, attractive structure and fine, long length.

A dominant nose of red raspberries and wild strawberries, which leads into notes of cranberry, cherry, and rhubarb compote. The wine is fresh and lively with bright acidity, smooth texture, and chewy tannins.

Aromatic notes of black cherry, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cured meat are complemented by sandalwood, vanilla, balsa, and evergreen. Silky smooth entry is met with a textured mid-palate of velvety fig, blueberry jam, and soft oak. The finish has a hint of sea salt and fades out slowly.

The colour: Deep red robe with hints of violet. The nose: Intense with notes of black fruit, violets and spices. The palate: Generous with good, mellow tannins followed by a lovely, spicy finish.

The Medici Lambrusco colour is intense ruby red. The bouquet is fruity and persistent with violet scent leading to sweet, fruity, fresh, lively and pleasantly harmonious. The froth is fine and rich when poured.
