A dominant nose of red raspberries and wild strawberries, which leads into notes of cranberry, cherry, and rhubarb compote. The wine is fresh and lively with bright acidity, smooth texture, and chewy tannins.

Aromatic notes of black cherry, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cured meat are complemented by sandalwood, vanilla, balsa, and evergreen. Silky smooth entry is met with a textured mid-palate of velvety fig, blueberry jam, and soft oak. The finish has a hint of sea salt and fades out slowly.

The wine is juicy, powerful and fruity on the palate with lovely roasted notes, and silky, delicate tannins. Man O' War Island Blend is a Bordeaux style wine and is a blend of fruit from both Waiheke Island and its neighbouring Ponui Island. The blend is predominantly Cabernet Franc from their Paradise vineyard on Ponui Island with Malbec, Merlot and Petit Verdot coming from sites nestled in the sheltered valleys of Eastern Waiheke Island. Rich, ripe wine with sweet red berry fruit framed by chocolate and spice. The palate is softly textured with fine ripe tannins making for a decadent expression of a Cabernet Franc dominated blend.

A lighter Nebbiolo that maintains the varieties typical and very present tannin structure - fine and plentiful. Savoury palate, with aromas of raspberry, tar, leather and sweet spice. A very good drop, paired with lamb or pork.

The Medici Lambrusco colour is intense ruby red. The bouquet is fruity and persistent with violet scent leading to sweet, fruity, fresh, lively and pleasantly harmonious. The froth is fine and rich when poured.

Aromas of ripe fruit including black and red berries with notes of prunes and crème de cassis. As a result of its 10 months in French oak, it presents good toast intensity with aromas of chocolate, jam, and vanilla, all very well intertwined with the fruit. Smooth and medium bodied on the palate, with good persistence and outstanding notes of vanilla and caramel.

Paritua Stone Paddock Cabernet Franc has a bright red ruby edge, a beautifully scented nose of red currant, blackberry and floral aromas of violets and jasmine, with hints of sweet cocoa powder, and dried herb. The palate has a silky attack with flavours of red currant and cassis black plum with a clean crisp acidity. It is medium bodied with ripe supple tannins, a lively mid palate, and a long, elegant finish.

This blended red is a prime example of the style produced from the gravel soils of the Paritua vineyard. The wine has scented Black Doris plum and blackberry with hints of baking spice, cedar. The palate shows dark fruits dominated by plum and blackberry with a full mid palate supported by firm, ripe tannins with a sumptuous finish. The oak influence is subtle and provides spicy notes and good structure.

Intense ruby red colour, a full-bodied wine with intense fruity perfumes, with soft, supple tannins and a long finish. Excellent with Mediterranean pasta and grilled red meat.
