Aromatic nose mixing seductive pear and apricot aromas with delicate mineral notes. Fresh and lively on the palate, with a nice mineral finish. This cuvee honours King Louis IX, also called Saint Louis, who contributed to the development of France's greatest wine-producing regions during his reign.

Bay and Barnes leaned on our cousins across the ditch for the grapes to make this classic Australian Chardonnay. Following harvest, fruit was gently pressed before settling. Specially selected yeasts were used to start fermentation. From there the wine was delicately matured on oak and lees stirred to impart lovely toasty flavours and a creamy texture.

This Merlot was sourced from premium vineyards. Immediately following harvest fruit undertook fermentation on skins to lock in colour and flavour. It was then gently pressed and matured on oak to develop subtle toasty and mocha flavours and a rich smooth palate. The resulting wine a has dark, inky colour followed by a rewarding, silky mouthfeel and intense, rich plum flavour. Enjoy this Merlot with crispy five spice-scented, Peking duck pancakes with hoisin sauce and Asian greens.

Fruit sourced from Australia brings to this wine delicacy and minerality. Each parcel of Pinot Gris is harvested at optimal ripeness, the subtle residual sweetness and time on lees add weight to this wine. Pair this Pinot Gris with a Thai green chicken curry, or good old-fashioned roast pork.

This Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from vineyards throughout Marlborough's Wairau Valley. A range of carefully selected aromatic and texture enhancing yeasts were used during fermentation. Parcels of wine were tasted and blended with precision to create a delicious Sauvignon Blanc which showcases classic Marlborough character.

This Bear Flag Zinfandel leads with aromas of freshly baked blueberry pie. Layers of dark, dense fruit evokes bubbly blueberries while toasted oak and vanilla notes deliver hints of flaky crust. A dash of spice subtly accents the plush, lingering mouthfeel.

A lifted and expressive nose of red and dark-berried fruit, autumn leaves and brown spice such as clove and nutmeg wrapped pulled together by fine oak. The palate is medium bodied and shows delicious berries, spice and fine but firming tannin structure. This is a lovely wine of brightness, lifted fruit and plenty of drive but finishing savoury and long.

Bijou Terre de Providence has a delicate pale pink colour. Our rosé offers delicious flavour and aromas of bright berry fruit, floral honeysuckle and citrus notes. The palate is light and fresh while full-flavoured. There is crisp refreshing acidity that leads to a long delicate finish. Perfect as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to Mediterranean cuisine such as salads and seafood, especially shellfish.

Shows vibrant aromas of lifted raspberry and mulberry, with underlying violets and vanilla. Red fruit flavours and spice continue on the palate and combine with subtle oak and soft tannins to produce a perfectly balanced Shiraz.

Black Barn's eight hectares of vineyards are situated on one of the oldest grape-growing areas in New Zealand. The selectively picked fruit ensures optimum quality and ripeness, while their artisan winemaking philosophy creates wines of depth, character, and remarkable cellaring ability. This Bordeaux style blend has a ruby hue with purple edge to the eye. Lifted berry and cassis, subtle oak spice aromas. Elegant fruit, fine tannin texture with soft acidity to taste.

With bright crimson hues, this delicious Syrah is bursting with blue fruits, plum, violets, and spice. There's a lovely earthiness on the palate with notes of raspberry, florals and just a touch of black pepper coming through. Plush tannins and a robust mouthfeel round off the finish. Pair with braised beef and barbecued vegetables.
