This wine is deep violet in colour and requires being aerated, so decanting is always recommended. As the wine begins to breathe, it releases notes of minerals, ripe black fruit and white pepper, which combines with soft, pleasant tannins.

Barrel aged in American Oak for 12 months, this is a full bodied, dry red wine.
