A wonderful array of aromas; watermelon, baked raspberry, fig and melon with a savoury note of pecorino cheese. This is a dry style Rosé.

Intense and pure aromas of fresh passionfruit, and ripe citrus. Notes of dried herbs, mandarin peel and fresh floral notes give intensity to the aromatics. This wine displays intense ripe fruit flavours of passionfruit and white peach, and tropical fruits with fresh citrus and citrus peel.

A medium-bodied, smooth style Pinot Noir produced from Babich's organic certified Headwaters Vineyard in the Wairau Valley. Finely textured layers of black cherry and plum flavours, with hints of nutmeg and liquorice.

This little Rosé has aromas of strawberry and rock melon with spice and stone fruits. Strawberry again on entry with raspberry and apple. Soft and nicely structure with mouth-watering, tangy red fruits. Lively and balanced - dry finish.

Darkly perfumed with layers of spice, cassis and plum. Also a touch of cedar. The palate is full, round and dense with deceptive concentration. Dark chocolate, blueberry and cinnamon and a little cigar box too. An elegant and powerful wine with a delightful transparency.

The vineyards are planted on south-facing slopes with limestone outcrops. The excellent clay-limestone soil gives this Merlot-based Saint-Émilion wine its distinctive taste. The 2017, bottled in July 2019, has a rather intense ruby red colour. The first impression on the nose offers a subtle blend of black fruit aromas with a dominant of blackcurrant. The mouth reveals a frank and assumed structure directed all in length, no excessive opulence in this vintage all in 'lace'. The aromas of fresh and crisp fruit give the wine a juicy side, all well chiselled by an already well-integrated woodiness. As is often the case at Château des Laurets, the small, spicy notes on the finish perfectly enhance the lovely tension of the overall. Gravel Track pays tribute to the long gravel and limestone track that winds its way through Barossa Valley Wine Company's historic 60-year-old Farms vineyard. This wine shows vibrant plum and blackberry characters on the nose with hints of chocolate and earthiness flow through to a rich, bold palate packed with dark fruit flavours. Juicy and fruit driven, powerful yet elegant and with hints of black pepper spice through the mid-palate lead to a rich, velvety tannin finish.

The soil of this appellation is composed of clay and limestone and benefits from an oceanic and temperate climate. Limited yields, hand tending, careful selection and minimal interference during the natural ripening of the grapes. The nose is rich and develops intense aromas of black fruits (plum, cherry, blackberry) with spicy notes (cinnamon, pepper). Fruity and delicious on the palate, the tannins are supple with a long finish. Ideal with red meats, dishes in sauce and cheese.
