The Jam Shed Rosé brings to life a juicy, refreshing and moreish wine with flavours of fresh red summer berries and cream. It's a seriously delicious pink wine, jam packed with flavour! It is light/medium bodied and perfect with ice on a hot day or used as a base for a cocktail.

This Shiraz honours the vision of pioneer Clare Valley winemaker Jim Barry and his wife Nancy. In 1964, Jim and Nancy purchased 70 acres of prime land from Duncan McRae Wood and planted their first vineyard with Shiraz. It was an inspired choice of both grape variety and location. Vibrant aroma of lifted violets, red currant, and perfectly ripe back plum, combine with well-integrated spice and a hint of very smart oak hidden in the background. The palate has commanding fruit with a density that stands to attention. Effortless flow throughout with flavours of ripe plum and purple fruits and layered fine tannin. Great intensity with a drive that will last for days.

This just off-dry Pinot Gris has a fragrant and fruity bouquet of stone fruit with pear and honeysuckle nuances. The wine is luscious with delicate flavours of guava, peach and pears. This wine is mouth-filling, succulent and juicy, stimulating the appetite finishing with a fresh, crisp acidity.

A round and seductive wine, appreciated by all wine connoisseurs. With its lively and bright colour, it has intense fruity aromas reminiscent of gooseberry and black currant, evolving towards spicy nuances as the wine gets older. On the palate, there is a nice balance between texture and finesse, with firm but refined tannins. Long and enticing aftertaste, with flavours of very ripe fruit.

This wine is layered with fragrant aromas of red apple, nectarine and lemon peel alongside toasted almond, nougat, a touch of spice and vanilla. On the palate, juicy apple and nectarine flavours are balanced by crisp citrus notes and refreshing acidity. Wild ferment and barrel aging has added complexity, nutty nuances and a weighty texture. Pinot Noir reveals its deeper brooding side. Violet, poached plum and stewed tamarillo notes overlay darker hints of blackberry and vanilla compote. The nose is completed by lovely smoky, earthy spice and hints of cocoa and cinnamon from the French oak barriques. Generous and juicy on the palate, this Pinot Noir has an elegant structure embracing a beautiful balance of berry fruit and savoury flavours. Smoky oak and firm, spicy tannins leading to a long, dry finish.

This is a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc like no other you've yet experienced! A complex and nuanced nose of very ripe mango. pineapple, guava and crushed herbs, combined with toasted pecans and hazelnuts. This wine has a rich palate and softer acid than classic expressions of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Candied pineapple, mango and citrus flavours interlace with notes of honey and butterscotch and then give way to a long smoky complex finish.

This wine explodes on the nose with a fruit salad of peach, nectarine, melon and pear combining with honey, spice and floral notes for an intense and inviting array of aromas. The palate is elegant, dry and concentrated with ripe, tropical and stone fruit flavours and delicious textural creaminess from the wild fermentation. It is a charming mouthful, concluding in a long, smooth finish.

Intense aromas of ripe cherries and boysenberries sit alongside notes of dark chocolate and layered over just a hint of spicy, earthiness. It is an intense mouthful full of juicy boysenberry, cherry and dark chocolate flavours and with a weighty texture on the palate. It has loads of supple, fine tannins and the finish is long, spicy and delicious, suggesting a wine that will develop nicely over the coming years.

Fragrant notes of passionfruit, ruby red grapefruit and white peach jump out of the glass, followed by hints of lemongrass and thyme. This in-your-face drop captures the essence of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Concentrated citrusy notes of lime zest, passionfruit and white peach combine with a lick of wet stones. The palate is dry and gives way to a lip-smacking, mouth-watering finish.

Made in a true Rhone Valley style, all of the components were vinified and matured individually in a range of seasoned French oak hogsheads for 16 months before final assemblage and bottling unfined and unfilterd to further complement the wines appeal. A seamless and noble blend of earthiness, riper plum notes, wood smoke and cured meats with silky natural tannins and classy retained acidity.
