From Marlborough's Queen of Sauvignon Blanc, Jules Taylor Wines has a clear vision to create high quality wines which speak of their place.

They Trekked down to Central Otago to find the very best expression of Pinot Noir. Having had quite a lot of experience with fruit from the area, for us the sub-region of Gibbston shows Pinot Noir in its most finest form, and therefore we went on a mission to source fruit from a stunning little pocket just underneath the very dramatic and imposing Nevis Bluff. Like thier whites; structure, acidity, texture and an element of savouriness are the watchwords that are transposed into this wine, with that classic Gibbston nose of wild herb and briar.

Made in a true Rhone Valley style, all of the components were vinified and matured individually in a range of seasoned French oak hogsheads for 16 months before final assemblage and bottling unfined and unfilterd to further complement the wines appeal. A seamless and noble blend of earthiness, riper plum notes, wood smoke and cured meats with silky natural tannins and classy retained acidity.

Krug Grande Cuvée 171ème Édition is a blend of 131 wines from 12 different years, the youngest of which is from 2015, while the oldest dates back to 2000. A stay of around seven years in Krug's cellars gives this Édition its remarkable expression and elegance. In all, over 20 years of careful craftsmanship were necessary to enjoy this Édition of Krug Grande Cuvée which represents the 171th re-creation of the most generous expression of Champagne.

The Meuliere family began growing grapes in Chablis 1780, and making wine in 1895. They have not stopped since - thank heavens! Using only organic viticulture, and grown on marly limestone containing rich layers of seashells, the Meuliere soils produce the driest and the lightest wines of Chablis. The Petit Chablis is a delightful expression of the essence of Chablis, a dry white wine aged in stainless steel barrels and characterised by its purity, crispness, sophistication and minerality.

Thanks to its perfect mastery of the Chardonnay's vinification, Laurent-Perrier offers a 100% Chardonnay champagne without added sugar. From a year when maturity allows a sufficient natural sugar content, Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature is an exceptional wine. The pinnacle in the art of blending a selection of the very best crus of Chardonnay, including Côte des Blancs (Avize, Cramant, Oiry, Chouilly) and from the Montagne de Reims (Tours-sur-Marne, Villers-Marmery, Rilly La Montagne). Aged 8 years on lees, the nose displays minerality and hints of citrus. The palate is balanced and sustained with a finish that is fresh with notes of lemon. Perfectly paired with seafood.

The Cuvée Rosé from Laurent-Perrier is one of the most recognized rosé champagnes around.

The wine comes from the purest grape juice and it alone allows Laurent-Perrier to craft 'La Cuvée', a champagne of great finesse and a beautiful freshness obtained after a long ageing process in their cellars. Laurent-Perrier's style and personality are defined by its very high proportion of Chardonnay. Purity, freshness and elegance - essential characteristics, expressed in this champagne - are a good introduction to the spirit of the House. A pale gold in colour. Fine bubbles feed a persistent mousse. A delicate nose with hints of fresh citrus and white flowers. The wine's complexity is expressed in successive notes such as vine peach and white fruit notes. A perfect balance between freshness and delicacy with fruity flavours very present on the finish.
