Once unleashed into your glass its candy-floss and crème-brûlée aromas shall sashay into a flirtatious toffee-apple and simmering strawberry palate smeared with cherry lip-gloss; most fun to drink chilled on sultry summer afternoons and evenings.

Made in the heart of Provence by the Abeille-Fabre family, with over a century of winemaking tradition, Saint MAX is named in tribute to Saint Maximinus of Aix, and captures the sun-drenched spirit and elegance of southern France. Crafted from vineyards nestled in the foothills of the Massif des Maures, this classic Côtes de Provence rosé is best enjoyed young. It shines with a pale, luminous pink hue, with vibrant notes of grapefruit and vineyard peach, and a fresh, expressive palate that's both delicate and refined. Ideal as an apéritif, or served with shellfish or crispy prawns served in citrus sauce.

TWR wanted to make a Rosé that reflected a classic, dry, savoury style and was based on Pinot Noir. The SV Rosé has gorgeous lifted aromas of spring strawberry, and ripe raspberry and blueberry with pretty floral notes and hints of savoury. These follow onto flavours of fresh summer berries & blue fruits plus hints of mulberry and spices. The fruit and floral notes are balanced by some very attractive savoury complexity and ripe juicy acid.
