Mirabeau X Rosé is a pale, peach-hued expression of Provence, sourced from the beautiful winegrowing area north of Aix-en-Provence. Its enticing nose offers notes of grapefruit and orange alongside delicate hints of jasmine and juicy stone fruits. On the palate, it is vibrant and fresh, carrying impressive length and finesse. Elegant and versatile, this rosé pairs seamlessly with dishes such as grilled octopus salad or Dover sole meunière, while also shining alongside lighter vegetarian fare like marinated-tofu lettuce wraps or a refreshing mandarin sorbet.

The grapes for Roaring Meg come from Mt Difficulty's Cromwell basin vineyards managed by their dedicated viticultural team. Roaring Meg Pinot Noir Rosé has a bouquet of lifted white floral and strawberry notes initially and blood orange and red cherry fruit behind. Bright, ripe blood orange and ruby grapefruit flowing into plush stonefruit on the mid-palate. Drier in style, this Rosé is elegant and fine with a long finish. Serve chilled for maximum enjoyment.

A blend of Corvina 50%, Trebbiano di Lugana 25%, Syrah 15%, Carmenère 10%. The grapes have been carefully chosen so that, when harvested at proper maturity, they express all the characteristics desired for our rosé.
