Pipeclay Terrace Pinot Noir is hand crafted in very limited quantities and only released in outstanding vintages. Classic high tone violet florals that are intermingled with black cherry and blackberry notes with an edge of sweet brown spice.

Deep purple in colour. Ripe cassis and black plum fruits on the nose with violets. Varietal fruit-driven palate, with cassis and dark-berry fruit and spice flavours. Soft tannins complement the fruit with mouth-filling generous finish.

Produced from Central Otago fruit this is a wine with spicy red fruits on the nose. Medium bodied with red cherry and currant notes on the palate. Enjoy with all manner of duck dishes.

Maison Mumm ventures into methode traditionnelle with this NZ sparkling. Delicate lemon-lime and vanillin aromas, the palate beautifully weighted, creamy and toasty with a deliciously chalky finish.

Seductively heady aromas of rose petals, dried cranberry and bright crunchy red cherries. Dried thyme, roasted coffee bean, dark chocolate and just a faint wisp of candle smoke. The palate has flavours of dark plum and chocolate dipped cherries. A spark of bright acidity illuminates the mid palate, carrying through to a finish that lingers long past the last sip.

Bright red berry fruits, lifted florals and vibrant acidity compliment the more traditional Super Nanny characters of dark plum, cherries and toasted spices. Whilst bright and lively on the palate, there is also a pleasingly dense core of black and blue berry fruits, tightly bound by a fine coil of silky tannin ensuring persistence of flavour long after the last sip.

A soft translucent pink hue. This is a dry style of Rosé. Immediately an appealing bright wild berry and white stone fruit on the nose. On the palate the wine is more complex. Initially fresh, energetic even juicy through the mid palate then balanced with some textural weight, contributing to a long lingering finish. Medium ruby coloured. Brooding aromas of spiced plum, dried herbs and cedar wood. The palate is medium bodied with fine tannins and flavours of cassis, plum and hints of cedar, tobacco and leather. Drinking wonderfully now, but will reward careful cellaring for up to 10 years and possibly beyond.
