This Rosé is a summery delight for the senses. Aromas and flavours of strawberry, raspberry and cream soda are met with an off-dry finish. Enjoy well chilled!

You betcha you can chill this red! Slightly fizzy with refreshin' aromas of red berries, flavours that's juicin' of cherries and explosive fruitiness. Easy drinkin' with meatlover's pizza or charcuterie. A chillin' good red to be unveiled! Bright, deep purple hue. Red fruited with a floral undertone. Soft and juicy palate with ripe coating tannins. All harmoniously tied together with a fine mousse.

De Bortoli Prosecco is easy to drink, lively and fun. Great on its own or shared with food. Pale with green hues, fruit-driven with hints of green apple and wisteria. It tastes of apple and pear with fresh pithy lemon, gentle creaminess, complete with the very fine bubbles. For a spritz with a twist, mix with Aperol and soda.

'De la terre'; literally 'of the earth' is a reference to both the vineyard soils and the earth brick construction used for the winery and cellar door. De La Terre's winemaking methods are largely traditional with emphasis on minimal handling to retain the integrity and concentration of fruit. Food and wine matching is a particular focus; the wine style is designed to provide elegant wines to accompany food.

The cuvée 'Saint-Esprit' comes from a small valley nestled in the northern part of the Ardèche. The vineyards are planted on granite, south-facing slopes near the villages of Saint-Julien and Saint-Alban. Its deep colour has a dark, plum-like hue. The nose is classically Syrah, with berry fruit, violet, liquorice. It has a full, rounded palate with delicate tannins, making it unique in the Côtes-du-Rhône category.

This wine was reputed in the 16th century for its delicacy, and was poured at the table of the kings of France. A seductively fruity nose, with a delicate hint of wood. On the palate this wine has good volume, and shows grippy tannins that are the true reflection of its genuine terroir.

This wine has been made from grapes grown on the slopes of the Pont du Gard, on limestone-clay soils formed in the Villafranchian stage. 100% Viognier. An intense, bright colour, with a golden hue. The specific aromas of the grape variety are to the fore, with apricots, peaches, exotic fruit and preserved citrus fruit. The palate is both smooth and fresh, finishing on hints of dried fruit.
