Decades ago, a tractor launching a ski-boat off Yzerfontein was caught in a high tide and was never recovered - it can be spotted occasionally when tide is low. A rich and complex wine with ripe plum and dark berry flavours, forest floor and kelp with underlying toasted oak notes finishing with a smooth and textured palate from integrated barrel maturation. These concentrated flavours follow through on the palate combined with a fine tannin structure, gives this wine a rich and complex finish.

Classic Chardonnay aromatics mingle in the glass with a touch of citrus peel, ripe stone fruit and toasty oak. The palate is rich and creamy with grilled peaches, lemons and brioche through the mid palate. Fine, toasted oak and balanced acidity lead to a long and satisfying finish. On the nose, nashi pear and white blossom greet you with supporting notes of citrus and candied ginger. On the palate, the wine is concentrated and poised with bright flavours of pear and lychee. Marlborough is a special place for wine. Perhaps it's the cloudless skies or mild temperatures or well-drained soils. It could be the long growing season or their sustainably-farmed vineyards. De Bortoli Prosecco is easy to drink, lively and fun. Great on its own or shared with food. Pale with green hues, fruit-driven with hints of green apple and wisteria. It tastes of apple and pear with fresh pithy lemon, gentle creaminess, complete with the very fine bubbles. For a spritz with a twist, mix with Aperol and soda.

'De la terre'; literally 'of the earth' is a reference to both the vineyard soils and the earth brick construction used for the winery and cellar door. De La Terre's winemaking methods are largely traditional with emphasis on minimal handling to retain the integrity and concentration of fruit. Food and wine matching is a particular focus; the wine style is designed to provide elegant wines to accompany food.

The Côtes du Rhône Saint-Esprit is made from a blend of Syrah and Grenache which come from a small village in the Ardèche region. The vineyard's southern exposure on steep granite hillsides provides the best growing conditions for the vines. The Saint-Esprit's deep colour has a dark, plum-like hue. The nose is classic syrah, with berry fruit, violet and licorice. It has a full, rounded palate with delicate tannins, making it a unique wine in the Côtes du Rhône appellation. The Côtes du Rhône Saint-Esprit pairs well with Provençale-style cuisine, stuffed tomatoes and eggplant, mixed grills and barbecue.

This wine was reputed in the 16th century for its delicacy, and was poured at the table of the kings of France. A seductively fruity nose, with a delicate hint of wood. On the palate this wine has good volume, and shows grippy tannins that are the true reflection of its genuine terroir.

This wine has been made from grapes grown on the slopes of the Pont du Gard, on limestone-clay soils formed in the Villafranchian stage. 100% Viognier. An intense, bright colour, with a golden hue. The specific aromas of the grape variety are to the fore, with apricots, peaches, exotic fruit and preserved citrus fruit. The palate is both smooth and fresh, finishing on hints of dried fruit.
