Roaring Meg Pinot Gris features lifted and aromatic notes of jasmine, green pear & grapefruit on the nose. A vibrant palate of red apple, lime, yellow plum and lychee with balanced freshness from the acidity and residual sweetness for a buoyant and juicy finish.

Mt Difficulty Roaring Meg Riesling palate shows delicious succulent ripe citrus flavours, whilst medium-dry in style, it has a lovely backbone of natural acidity. It beautifully displays the elegance and finesse of this versatile and interesting variety. Those willing to wait will be rewarded by careful cellaring.

Lifted and vibrant notes of guava, passionfruit and pineapple with fresh herbal elements give this wine its classic Sauvignon Blanc profile. Juicy, ripe and bold flavours race across the palate, followed by a mineral and saline finish to lengthen the palate. Best enjoyed with Bluff oysters.

A soft translucent pink hue. This is a dry style of Rosé. Immediately an appealing bright wild berry and white stone fruit on the nose. On the palate the wine is more complex. Initially fresh, energetic even juicy through the mid palate then balanced with some textural weight, contributing to a long lingering finish. The fruit was de-stemmed before being gently pressed to stainless tanks. The juice was settled, inoculated with aromatic yeast and then fermented cold to preserve and enhance aromatics. At the end of fermentation the wine was stabilized, fined and bottled while still young and fresh. Bright fruity aromas of strawberries and apple sherbet. The palate has juicy acidity, contributing to the citrus flavours. The wine is balanced with fruit sweetness for a fresh and lively finish.
