The Stone Paddock Chardonnay is a light bodied wine. Showing ripe peach and stone fruit aromas with hints of nougat and Grapefruit. The gentle influence of batonnage accentuates the sweet peach flavours, the texture is luscious with a full rich mid palate and zesty acidity accentuated by the grapefruit citrus fruit finish.

Ripe stone fruit aromas of peach and nectarine, with notes of ripe mandarin freshly baked brioche, nougat, vanilla and a hint of clove, add to the complexity and interest on the nose. A silky attack with sweet fruit flavours of peach nectarine and clove in the rich textural mid palate and with hints of nougat and vanilla balanced with fine oak and lingering grapefruit citrus finish.

The wine shows bright citrus flavours with characters of lemons, limes and oranges, supported by hints of nectarines and white fleshed peaches. These interplay with impressions of passionfruit, tropical spices and Turkish musk. It expands in the mouth to become full bodied and concentrated.

Upon release it has a subtle lemon hue. The bouquet is vibrant, an intoxicating assortment of tropical and citrus. Heady aromas of passionfruit and pineapple flirt temptingly against a backdrop of grapefruit, green apple, lemon peel and a hint of gunflint. The mouthfeel is textured yet precise, with a rousing whip of acidity and simmering phenolics that give the wine increased structure and length. A complex and serious Sauvignon Blanc, displaying intense varietal character, a multi- faceted palate, and a long salivating finish.

In this traditional French blend the sauvignon blanc has given a complex range of exotic aromas and flavours suggestive of lychees, paw paw, Turkish musk and passionfruit, backed by hints of gooseberry and dried wild herbs. The Semillon has added complementary lemon and lime flavours and help fill out the midpalate providing weight and depth.

Aromas of orange blossom, nectarine and fresh nutmeg combine with delicate layers of subtly integrated oak, fine minerality and ripe citrus fruit flavours. Delicate elegance underpins this finely textured wine which reflects Peregrine's commitment to organic wine growing on the Bendigo sub region that contribute to this Chardonnay.

Prettily perfumed with pomegranate, watermelon and crushed red berries. Elegant fruit sweetness combines with a lovely soft and creamy palate and a refreshing dry finish. Blush pink, fragrant and fresh, a gorgeous wine to be enjoyed with or without food. Enticing aromatics of white peach, pear and honeydew melon combine with a bright palate laced with quince, nectarine, and orange zest flavours. A cool climate Pinot Gris, dry in style showing sweet fruit flavours balanced with fresh acidity.

Lovely crisp bright aromatics of red fruits and florals followed by a light and refreshing palate with fresh summer berries and a morish finish. Soft pink, bright and fruity, a vibrant summer wine to enjoy with or without food.

Fresh and vibrant aromatics of lemon, lime and orange blossom followed by a soft and luscious palate of honey, mandarin, and crème brulee. Low in alcohol and medium dry in style with fine minerality and a lovely touch of fruit sweetness.

This is a new look at Pinot Noir through a white wine lens. Central Otago Pinot Noir grapes were hand-picked and quickly pressed then fermented as white juice. The result is a fresh and energetic white wine perfect for summer and something a little different. The nose displays red apple, honeysuckle, and strawberry. The palate is sweetly fruited, fresh and lively, with notes of red apple, melon and a touch of spice. Best to serve chilled.
