A pure, bright and youthful citrus driven chardonnay with complex smoky, flint, toast and biscuit notes derived from extended barrel aging on full solids. The palate is focussed and restrained which unfurls on the finish and exposes the intense citrus core with underlying cashew, nutty flavours.

A round, complex and intense Chardonnay - This cuvée offers a pure, varietal expression of the grape variety. Brilliant golden yellow colour in the glass with aromas of pink grapefruit, lychee and passion fruit, with a hint of asparagus. Fresh and harmonious, full-bodied with hints of vanilla. Great match for grilled fish, shellfish or poultry cooked in a creamy sauce.

This Sancerre blanc is typical of the appellation and the Domaine Henri Bourgeois style. Subtle yet powerful, its persistence and harmony find their origin in the exposition and quality of the terroir. Crispy, and fruity this wine has some lime, apple and gunflint aromas balanced by ripe tropical and yellow orchard fruits.

BY.OTT is an elegant extension to the Domaines Ott range, and a truly Provençal wine with conviviality and friendship at its heart. Pale and pretty in crystal-clear pink with orange undertones. The nose is delicate and fruity with notes of white peach and apricot mixed with passion fruit and mango. The taste is full, fresh and crisp with echoes of the fruity aroma amplified by citrus zest and sweet spices (cinnamon and cardamom). An enticing, fresh and generous expression of Provence, combining refined winegrowing savoir-faire with the vibrant character of its coastal terroirs. Grown organically between land and sea in the Côtes de Provence AOC, the grapes are sourced from both estate vineyards and trusted partner winegrowers, then carefully vinified and blended by the Ott team. Grenache brings texture and generous fruit, Cinsault adds freshness, while Syrah and Mourvèdre contribute depth and length on the palate. Bright and radiant in the glass with a peach-hued colour, the wine shows an expressive nose of yellow fruits with a subtle exotic touch, followed by a fresh, mineral and softly textured palate, finishing with delicate citrus notes and elegant acidity.
