Whatever the reason, the result is wines that are marked by piercingly vibrant fruit flavours and lively acidity. Scents of mango, lime and passionfruit introduce this Sauvignon Blanc. A weighty, tropical palate is in perfect harmony with the crisp, acidic finish Marlborough is known for.

This wine has been made from grapes grown on the slopes of the Pont du Gard, on limestone-clay soils formed in the Villafranchian stage. 100% Viognier. An intense, bright colour, with a golden hue. The specific aromas of the grape variety are to the fore, with apricots, peaches, exotic fruit and preserved citrus fruit. The palate is both smooth and fresh, finishing on hints of dried fruit.

A pure, bright and youthful citrus driven chardonnay with complex smoky, flint, toast and biscuit notes derived from extended barrel aging on full solids. The palate is focussed and restrained which unfurls on the finish and exposes the intense citrus core with underlying cashew, nutty flavours.

A round, complex and intense Chardonnay - This cuvée offers a pure, varietal expression of the grape variety. Brilliant golden yellow colour in the glass with aromas of pink grapefruit, lychee and passion fruit, with a hint of asparagus. Fresh and harmonious, full-bodied with hints of vanilla. Great match for grilled fish, shellfish or poultry cooked in a creamy sauce.

This Sancerre blanc is typical of the appellation and the Domaine Henri Bourgeois style. Subtle yet powerful, its persistence and harmony find their origin in the exposition and quality of the terroir. Crispy, and fruity this wine has some lime, apple and gunflint aromas balanced by ripe tropical and yellow orchard fruits.

This is a medium bodied and elegant Hawke's Bay Chardonnay. Its flavour profile is a mix of stonefruit, grilled nuts, grapefruit and yeasty nuances. It is both complex and delicious.
