Pol Roger Réserve Brut is a luminous expression of the house's 175-year legacy, crafted from an equal blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay sourced from 30 esteemed crus and aged for four years in the cellar. In the glass, it shows a golden straw hue with fine, persistent bubbles, opening with enticing aromas of pear, mango, honeysuckle, and white jasmine that unfold into notes of vanilla and brioche. On the palate, a dynamic, fresh attack gives way to harmonious layers of fruit preserves, beeswax, acacia honey, candied citrus, and gentle spice. Celebrated for its remarkable balance of structure, elegance, and finesse, this Champagne is perfect for all occasions - serve as an apéritif or to elevate a full meal.

A sparkling wine exuding elegance and finesse. Pale yellow with a bouquet of green apple and hints of lime and brioche. On the palate, this is flirtatious and moreish. Enhanced by an invigorating cool, creamy acidity. Focused, cool and crisp with beautiful balance and length.

The bouquet is fragrant and bursting with fruit notes. It shows clean aromas of apples, pears, and citrus, accompanied by hints of wisteria. This is a classy but sensuous Rose style, from the oldest house in Champagne. One of the few Rose Champagnes to include a blend of white and red wines, the Ruinart is a bright 'pomegranate pink' colour with some deep fruit notes along with red berry nuances and brioche. This elegant fruitiness makes it capable of matching right through the meal, from aperitif with prosciutto through poultry and veal to a lighter fruit or berry dessert. Simply gorgeous.

The emblem of the Ruinart taste, Chardonnay is the very soul of Ruinart. The grape, mainly harvested from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims terroirs, is at the heart of all our cuvées. The blend is 100% Chardonnay from various years (20 to 25% of which are reserve wines from the 2 previous years). A large majority of Premiers Crus from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims vineyards for aromatic refinement, supplemented by Sézannais wines known to provide maturity. Finally, several wines from the north of the Vesle valley give a light, fresh touch. A perfect champagne for aperitifs, particularly in spring and summer. It is an excellent complement to seafood and shellfish; perfect with a sea bass or bream tartare. Packaged in the Ruinart 'second skin' - a 100% paper case, moulded to the shape of bottle, protecting the wine from light strike, reducing their carbon foot print by 60%.
