Produced at the oldest distillery on the Isle of Skye, Talisker Single Malt Scotch Whisky has been made by the sea since 1830, with its smell and taste instantly connecting you to its rugged maritime home. The port finish combines Talisker's powerful maritime character with succulent sweet notes of rich berry fruits for a superb taste experience. Aged in traditional oak casks and finished in Caribbean rum casks which result in a well-rounded whisky with notes of toffee, fruit and vanilla.

To create The Balvenie PortWood 21 year old single malt whisky, a marriage of rare Balvenie is transferred to port casks, or pipes, which have held fine port wines. Here it is sampled regularly by The Balvenie Malt Master David C. Stewart MBE to ensure that just the right amount of character is imparted by the port casks, enhancing and developing the single malt whilst preserving its original characteristics.

Double cask maturation in bourbon oak and quarter casks for depth and richness layered with rich ripe fruit, creamy vanilla, fresh wood smoke and intense oak spice.

The Dalmore 15 year old was first launched in 2007. Matured in Matusalem, Apostoles and Amoroso Sherry casks, it proffers all those winter spice, orange zest and chocolate notes characteristic of Dalmore.

An indulgent, smooth Highland Single Malt matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks and aged Tawny Port pipes. The Aroma: Sweet red berries, Seville oranges, plummy fruits, and sticky toffee pudding. The Palate: Nectarines, creamy caramel, roasted chestnuts, and Java coffee. The Glendronach 12YO is a richly rewarding Highland single malt marrying the characterful Highland spirit with the exquisite duality of rare Spanish oak Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks from the Bodegas of Andalucía. Matured for at least 12 years, it is exceptionally complex, rich and balanced. Notes of sherried autumn fruits meld with smooth chocolate praline, gingerbread and sun-dried raisin. Caramelised bramble, silky orange and sultana envelope the palate with warming spice.

This whisky has, unusually, been distilled using peated malted barley. The GlenDronach 'peated' pays homage to the peat historically used to dry malted barley in the traditional floor maltings. Matured in bourbon casks followed by a second period of maturation in the finest Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks.
