Jura 10YO is a whisky only Jura could make, shaped by its remote Scottish island home and a tradition of distilling that dates back to 1810. Crafted in exceptionally tall stills, it is matured for a decade in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in fine aged Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez, Spain. Copper-gold in colour, it opens with aromas of vanilla, orange, cracked black pepper, and dark chocolate, leading to a smooth, sweet palate of nectarines, ginger, coffee, and toasted almonds. Finished in American Rye casks for a warm, welcoming whisky that's perfectly reminiscent of the long summer days on Jura. Distilled in Jura's exceptionally tall stills, it is initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks before being finished in American rye casks. Fruity and gently spiced, it delivers layers of sweet citrus, dark chocolate and cinnamon, with aromas of mango, fresh mint and crushed almonds leading to a palate of toffee apple, pecan pie, honey, cacao and soft wood spices.

Hints of coconut, banana and vanilla complement our instantly recognisable heavy peat flavour, followed by a long, sweet and smoky finish. This quarter cask whisky is barrier filtered to retain all the character developed in the small but mighty barrels. Oban is one of Scotland's oldest and smallest distilleries. Founded in 1794, the West Highland port town of the same name has grown around the distillery. The classic Arran 10YO Single Malt encompasses the unique taste of the beautiful island they call home and is one of the best single malt whiskies Scotland has to offer. Nose of candied citrus and honey, liquorice and butterscotch with the addition of water. The palate is classic Arran. The citrus notes have rounded with age and reveal new depths of character against a background of sweet oak and apple. Sweet spice coats the tongue, with notes of hazelnut and cinnamon. The Dalmore 12, an outstanding Highland Single Malt matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, finished in rare and aged Oloroso Sherry casks. The Dalmore 15 year old was first launched in 2007. Matured in Matusalem, Apostoles and Amoroso Sherry casks, it proffers all those winter spice, orange zest and chocolate notes characteristic of Dalmore.
