Known as "the pioneer of Japanese whisky" Yamazaki is Japan's first and oldest distillery. Established in 1923 on the periphery of Kyoto, in a unique misty region where conditions are ideal for ageing whisky, lies the birthplace of Japanese whisky and Suntory's flagship single malt, Yamazaki. Continuing 40 years of excellence in distilling Japanese grain whiskies at Chita distillery, the House of Suntory Whisky's Master Blenders have created an outstanding single grain whisky. In 1972, on the shores of Chita peninsula, Keizo Saji - Suntory's second Master Blender - built a distillery dedicated to creating the highest quality Japanese grain whisky. From the House of Suntory Whisky, a mild, smooth single grain whisky with unparalleled sophistication and a clean, clear finish.

Toki means time in Japanese. A vivid blend of whiskies from Suntory's Hakushu, Yamazaki, and Chita distilleries, Suntory Whisky Toki features the quintessential characteristics of a Suntory Whisky blend: exquisite balance, harmony, and oneness. At the same time, its unique pairing of Hakushu American white oak cask malt whisky with Chita heavy-type grain whisky overturns the traditional hierarchy between malt and grain.

Tamnavulin Double Cask is the perfect introduction to their signature Speyside single malt whiskies: sweet, smooth and fruity, with notes of orchard fruits, creamy toffee and Crème Brûlée. Like all Tamnavulin, this whisky starts life in American ex-bourbon casks, adding smoothness to their sweet, fruity spirit. Then, when the time is right, the whisky is finished in seasoned sherry casks. Amber gold in the glass, where rich, warm aromas of apple, toffee and honey with sweet marzipan and subtle tangy marmalade notes meet the nose. On the palate fresh, mellow with pear creamy peaches and pineapple and a hint of Demerara sugar.

Golden with red hues. Spice and fruit notes mingle with an underlying sweet nose. Strong spice at the start developing into lush red berries and grapes, with drying tannin effect at the end. Dry Finish dominated by wood and spice.

A fascinating cask-finishing experiment from Teeling Irish Whiskey, who have teamed up with fellow Dubliners the Dot Brew craft brewery for this special collaboration. Teeling Amber Ale Small Batch is the product of a complex symbiosis. Dot Brew were sent a batch of the rum casks used to finish Teeling Small Batch Whiskey, and used them to age their Amber Ale. After the beer had been bottled, the casks were sent back to Teeling, who filled them up again with Small Batch whiskey.

The influence of rum casks and higher alcohol (46%) creates a smooth, sweetly mellow, gently wooded marriage that sparkles on the tongue. Heartwarming.

The classic Arran 10YO Single Malt encompasses the unique taste of the beautiful island they call home and is one of the best single malt whiskies Scotland has to offer. Nose of candied citrus and honey, liquorice and butterscotch with the addition of water. The palate is classic Arran. The citrus notes have rounded with age and reveal new depths of character against a background of sweet oak and apple. Sweet spice coats the tongue, with notes of hazelnut and cinnamon. Long lasting, clean and fresh.

Smooth and mellow with beautifully combined flavours - nutty sweetness, cinnamon spiciness and a delicately proportioned layer of sherry.

Aged in traditional oak casks and finished in Caribbean rum casks which result in a well-rounded whisky with notes of toffee, fruit and vanilla.

This exclusive cask is one of only two Chardonnay barrels laid during Cardrona's first year of operation, making it a rare Cardrona whisky. Exquisite notes of pear, pain aux raisin and dried figs, together with borage flower honey and clotted cream. The bottling is made in honour of the ninth anniversary of the filling of Cardrona's first cask. 349 bottles. Non-chill filtered. 52% ABV
