The Rabbit Ranch Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc from their vineyards in the South Island of New Zealand and the Central Otago Rabbit Ranch home block. A cool climate, elegant yet assertive style Sauvignon Blanc, left on the lees for approx 3 months to tone down some of the overt grassy, grapefruit notes and giving a lovely textural boost to the wine.

As Winemakers, Stoneleigh are able to capture the natural early ripening characteristics of the Rapaura sub-region appellation, harvesting the grapes early with a full flavour profile to make a range of wines that are 25% lower in alcohol. The wine is refreshingly dry, yet soft and approachable; light in body and big on flavour, with crisp lime notes, lasting long on the finish.
