Finished in American Rye casks for a warm, welcoming whisky that's perfectly reminiscent of the long summer days on Jura. Distilled in Jura's exceptionally tall stills, it is initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks before being finished in American rye casks. Fruity and gently spiced, it delivers layers of sweet citrus, dark chocolate and cinnamon, with aromas of mango, fresh mint and crushed almonds leading to a palate of toffee apple, pecan pie, honey, cacao and soft wood spices.
