Planted on the steep north-facing slopes of Bannockburn's Black Rabbit Vineyard, this single vineyard Pinot Noir is shaped by ancient schist bedrock more than 400 million years in the making. Hand-harvested, foot stomped and naturally fermented, it develops remarkable depth and character with minimal intervention. Aromas of blackberry, bramble and boronia lead into a brooding, layered palate with earthy savouriness, fine structure and a long, memorable finish.
