Cuvée Brut is an emblematic multi-vintage champagne, elaborated from a blend of more than 100 crus sourced from 3 grape varieties of Champagne. It is an excellent complement to seafood and shellfish; perfect with a sea bass or bream tartare. Packaged in the Ruinart 'second skin' - a 100% paper case, moulded to the shape of bottle, protecting the wine from light strike, reducing their carbon foot print by 60%.
