You will need:
- 60ml Little Biddy Hazy Gin
- 30ml fresh lime juice
- 15ml honey syrup
- 45ml cloudy apple juice
- Egg white or vegan egg foam
To make:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker and first dry shake if using egg white or vegan foam (shake without ice), then add ice and shake for a second time
- Strain over ice in a highball glass
- Garnish with an apple slice and a sprig of mint
