All the best bits of a margarita + some pink lemonade to top it off, your next taco night just got way cooler.
You will need:
- Lemon wedge to rim the glass
- Coarse salt
- 3 parts tequila
- 2 parts triple sec or Cointreau
- 1 part fresh lemon juice
- Ice
- Pink Lemonade
- Lemon & mint garnish
To make:
- Rub the lemon wedge around the glass & dip rim into salt
- Add ice, lemon juice, triple sec & tequila to a shaker and shake.
- Strain into salt rimmed glass & top with chilled pink lemonade
- Garnish with mint & lemon
