You will need:
- 45ml Passionfruit Liqueur (we'd recommend Malibu Passion Fruit)
- 45ml Vanilla Vodka
- 45ml Passionfruit Puree
- 30ml Fresh lime juice
- 15ml Sugar syrup (optional, would taste before adding this)
- Prosecco
- Half a passionfruit to garnish
To make:
- In a shaker filled with ice, add passionfruit liqueur, vanilla vodka, passionfruit puree & lime juice.
- Shake vigourously, then taste - add sugar syrup at this point if you like it sweeter.
- Shake again until ice cold then strain into a martini or coupe glass
- Top with prosecco & garnish with half a passionfruit.
