Brewed on the banks of the Heathcote River in Woolston, Cassels Woolston Pale Ale is a traditional Pale Ale with distinctive New Zealand characteristics. New Zealand's first American style IPA, released in 2008, has gone on to be New Zealand's most awarded beer. In recent years, it has won six back to back Best in Class trophies around the world including New Zealand, Australia and Sweden.

This is a classic West Coast (USA) style IPA. It has a dry finish, with limited malt sweetness, which accentuates the hop flavour and hop bitterness. So the beer is punchy on hop flavour, and firm lingering hop bitterness. The bitterness is 66 IBU - hoppy, bitter, dry.

A Low Carb beer that just isn't about being low carb, it is about the flavour. It is a Low Carb Pale Ale that has the incredible hop aroma and hop flavour you expect from a typical Epic beer.
