This Blossom Gin is born from a base of locally grown barley that is distilled into a traditional shochu spirit. The shochu is redistilled with juniper, regional citrus, cherry blossom and native botanicals, always exercising restraint in the pursuit of clarity and perfection. The fruits of this endeavour are born out in the delicate blossom aromas that emulate those found in the mountains and coastline surrounding our home in Kagoshima.

Verano Lemon is a handcrafted, premium gin inspired by sunny Spain and infused with its fresh colourful local fruits. We infuse our small batch gin with Spanish lemons and then add extract of lemon peel to create a deliciously zesty fruit flavoured gin.

Verano Watermelon gin is infused with a handmade distillate of fresh Spanish watermelon to create a delicate sweet flavour. It has a clean, fresh taste with the sweetness of the watermelon balanced perfectly to make a truly refreshing fruity gin.
